As a Shuttle Driver at the Grove Hotel, you will create a positive first and last impression by safely transporting guests, assisting with luggage, and offering friendly local guidance to enhance their stay. Job Duties/Responsibilities: Safely transport hotel guests to and from designated locations following established schedules for The Grove Hotel, Courtyard by Marriott, and Hotel 43. Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage. Provide a warm and courteous environment, ensuring guest comfort and safety. Share information with guests about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options. Keep the shuttle clean, fueled, and in good working order. Follow all traffic laws, hotel policies, and safety protocols while operating the vehicle. Maintain accurate records of shuttle mileage and destinations. Coordinate shuttle needs and timing with front desk staff. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong customer service and communication skills. Knowledge of the local area and its attractions. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs. Reliable and punctual with professional demeanor. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods while driving. Ability to walk and stand for long durations when assisting guests. Ability to lift, manipulate, and carry up to 50 lbs.
