We're looking for graduates or soon-to-be graduates with post-graduate studies (e.g. Graduate Diploma, Honours, Masters or PhD) in Archaeology, Anthropology or Cultural Heritage Management (or similar disciplines) to join our Heritage Consulting team in Melbourne, to join our Graduate Program, commencing February 2027. * You'll assist in providing heritage advice and supporting heritage approvals processes for a diverse range of projects. * Investigate and report on a wide range of heritage matters, including statutory approvals through fieldwork and reporting. * Assist the team in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and consultation with Traditional Owners, internal specialists, sub-contractors, government departments and agencies, local councils and research bodies. * Along the way, you’ll get a broad look at the many career pathways available at GHD—because no future should come with split ends! * In your first year, we’ll focus on the fundamentals of consulting to help you find your rhythm in the industry. * By year two, you’ll have the flexibility to style your development, whether that’s diving deeper into your technical development or soaking up wisdom from your mentors.
