Description

JOB purpose: The GI Renewal Services Specialist is responsible for delivering efficient renewal support through administrative and relationship management with relevant stakeholders and partners to enhance the customer and distributor experience and increasing renewals.

Major Activities are as follow:

  • Assist in the Renewal Listing cycle, ensure accuracy and completion of distributing notices and lists. Responsible for the review of Renewal listings according to Priorities (Branch, intermediary, Premium, etc) aimed to be effectively distributed to CB Distribution.Effectively sends the final and complete Renewal Listing to Branches
  • Support the backend Renewal Process operations of GI Preservation Unit, aimed to support the doubling of business of Distribution Team
  • Pipelining of renewal accounts for issuance and endorsement
  • Deliver pipeline issuance within 48 hours
  • Conducting post sales administrative processes of policy endorsements
  • Attending to pipeline request for floating payments.
  • Resolution to email inquiries, complaints and concerns regarding renewals of distributor or customers
  • Securing and facilitating approvals from internal stakeholders
  • Perform business conservation in all avenues: Emails, SMS Calls
  • Conduct pre-work prior call-out for proper call handling
  • Sending of call out report with complete and accurate Final remarks
  • Own and implement a few initiatives for GI Preservation Unit
  • Manage the status and timeline of project deliverables, including project plans, requirements specification.
  • Provide recommendations for business process improvements
  • Project Reporting to relevant stakeholders

Your Profile

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or insurance field is preferred
Background on product management/marketing, understanding the customer, requirements analysis and competitive analysis

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Critical thinking skills, analytical, organized
Background on General Insurance or Non-Life Business for a minimum of 2 years
Background on product management/marketing, understanding the customer and requirements analysis
Adept in MS Applications especially MS Excel and Powerpoint
