• Analyser les besoins
• Accompagner les secteurs métier dans la conception d’un modèle d’accès conforme aux exigences GIA
• Identifier et analyser les besoins pour assurer une intégration conforme à la solution GIA
• Effectuer une analyse approfondie des modèles d’accès applicatifs et proposer des solutions adaptées
• Connaissance des différentes notions GIA (RBAC, ABAC, etc.)
• Produire les évidences requises

Talents et qualifications :

• Plus de 8 ans d’expérience pertinente en GIA dans un rôle similaire
• Excellente orientation client et bonnes compétences relationnelles
• Leadership affirmé, capacité de négociation et d’influence
• Capacité à bien communiquer
• À l’aise avec l’ambiguïté
• Goût et expérience du travail en équipe
• Expérience avec les outils GIA tels que Sailpoint, PAM
• Bonne connaissance des cadres de gouvernance des accès
• Excellente maîtrise du mode Agile/SAFe

• Production of evidence.

• Over 8 years of relevant experience in GIA in a similar role
• Excellent customer service mindset and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and influence abilities
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in ambiguity
• Teamwork experience and interest
• Experience with GIA tools such as Sailpoint, PAM
• Knowledge of access governance frameworks
• Strong knowledge of Agile/SAFe methodology
