POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for assembling gift boxes by placing cookies and other items according to set specifications. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assemble gifts according to production specifications * Ensure pallet patterns meet packaging requirements * Meet quality assurance and vendor compliance standards * Physically stack and unstack pallets * Keep the shipping line stocked with product and remove completed pallets * Read and match SKU numbers and expiration dates to ensure correct item placement * Perform duties in other departments as assigned * Follow all SQF (Safe Quality Foods) guidelines -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Able to perform repetitive tasks such as walking, bending, twisting, and using hands, wrists, and arms * Able to lift up to 30 lbs. continuously; may be required to extend product overhead occasionally * Able to work in varying temperatures ranging from -10°F to 40°F * Must demonstrate honest and respectful communication Qualifications * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions * Comfortable performing repetitive tasks (walking, bending, twisting, using hands and arms) * Able to lift up to 30 lbs. continuously and occasionally lift overhead * Ability to work in varying temperatures (-10°F to 40°F) * Must demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality * Strong attention to detail and ability to match SKUs and product specifications * Honest and respectful communication with team members
