Description Our gift shop is a center hub here at Flathead Lake Lodge. Join our team and assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking. Accountable for, but not limited to: - Embracing and representing the FLL Core Values in all situations; We are Fun We are Willing to do whatever is needed We have the Durability to consistently meet expectations We are Effective at driving results We are Genuine We’re here to serve others with Selfless leadership - Welcome customers, maintain knowledge and help them with the selection of merchandise - Communicate information regarding product availability and product knowledge. - Answer the telephone in a pleasant and caring way - Participate in counting store’s physical inventory - React to all concerns of customers quickly with a sense of importance - Maintain cleanliness of store - Dispose of cardboard waste and trash - Uphold predefined customer service standards - Handle cash, change and operate the POS system. - Help maintain inventory levels by facilitating reorders as needed - Ensure stock levels on the sales floor are maintained continually - Manage and maintain staff uniform inventory management as well as upholding employee purchasing policy. - Provide staffing support when needed in various QC roles, including: front office, wait staff etc. - This position reports to the Controller
Responsibilities
The Gift Shop Clerk is responsible for welcoming customers, assisting with merchandise selection, and maintaining store cleanliness. They also handle cash transactions and manage inventory levels.
