Miami Valley Hospital GIFT SHOP Part-Time / HOURS VARY / DAY SHIFT This position will work approximately 8-20 days per year. primarily at Miami Valley South and Miami Valley Hospital - Main location. NO WEEKENDS. (The Gift Shop is generally not open on weekends) The gift shop support plans, organizes, and controls assigned areas of responsibility of the Gift Shop and assures effective management of inventory. The gift shop clerk also uses customer service skills to assist customers with purchases and promoting sales. Minimum Level of Education Required: High School completion / GED Experience Minimum Level of Experience Required: No prior job-related work experience Prior job title or occupational experience: N/A Knowledge/Skills Good communication skills and strong human relations abilities. Good organization skills and must be proficient with numbers.
Responsibilities
The gift shop support plans, organizes, and controls assigned areas of responsibility of the Gift Shop. The clerk also assists customers with purchases and promotes sales.
