This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead global gifting and direct mail initiatives, creating meaningful connections with prospects and customers across enterprise and mid-market segments. You will design, execute, and optimize personalized campaigns that drive meetings, accelerate pipeline, and strengthen relationships. Collaborating closely with field marketing, sales, and campaign teams, you will manage vendors, develop scalable playbooks, and measure program ROI. This position balances creativity, strategic thinking, and operational excellence, giving you the chance to make a tangible impact on business growth while managing programs across multiple regions. Accountabilities: Own the strategy, execution, and global coordination of direct mail and gifting programs, ensuring alignment with regional and enterprise priorities. Collaborate cross-functionally with Field Marketing, Campaigns, Sales, and SDR teams to target accounts and drive campaign objectives. Manage vendors and gifting platforms to ensure operational efficiency, brand consistency, and localized execution. Develop and test new program concepts, including meeting incentives, event follow-ups, customer appreciation, and account expansion campaigns. Measure and analyze program performance, tracking gift-to-meeting and pipeline conversion metrics to optimize ROI. Build scalable playbooks and toolkits to empower regional teams while maintaining brand and data integrity. Oversee global swag strategy, inventory management, budgets, and reporting to maximize program impact. 3+ years of B2B marketing experience in Field Marketing, Demand Generation, or ABM within SaaS or technology companies. Hands-on experience running direct mail or gifting programs using platforms like Sendoso, Postal.io, or Reachdesk. Strong project management skills, with experience coordinating across global teams and time zones. Proven ability to collaborate with Sales and SDR organizations to achieve meeting and pipeline goals. Analytical mindset with experience measuring program ROI and pipeline influence. Creative thinker with a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
