Job Summary: GiGi’s Bartenders are responsible for delivering an exceptional, detail-driven beverage and dining experience. This role requires a deep knowledge of the wine and liquor, service standards and people, the ability to anticipate guest needs and execute perfect cocktails and drinks through flawless service in a high-volume, upscale environment. The ideal candidate embodies professionalism, confidence, and genuine hospitality, serving as a key ambassador of the GiGi’s experience. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to established recipes and standards. * Provided friendly, attentive service to enhance guest experience and curate the guest experience, adhering to the Gurney’s values. * Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area. * Restocking and managing of bar supplies. * Check guests’ identification and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws. * Process orders accurately using the Simphony POS system and handle cash/credit transactions. * Built rapport with regular patrons to foster a loyal customer base. * Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards. * Contribute to a positive team environment and guest-focused culture.
