Our Sauté Cooks play a key role in creating the Spinato’s Experience by ensuring every dish is prepared with care, precision, and pride. You will be responsible for the daily preparation and execution of all food items at the hot station while assisting other areas of the kitchen as needed. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about food, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in maintaining high culinary and cleanliness standards. Key Responsibilities: Set up stations according to restaurant guidelines. Prepare all food items as directed, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. Restock all items and maintain a clean, organized work area throughout each shift. Adhere to all Spinato’s recipes, specifications, and presentation standards. Uphold all safety, sanitation, and organizational practices. Assist with cleaning and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas. Follow all proper food handling procedures as outlined by the local health department. Support teammates and assist with additional duties as requested by the Kitchen Manager. Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude in a high-energy environment. Qualifications Current Food Handler Certification (required). Ability to lift up to/over 50 lbs. Comfortable with exposure to heat, cold, and water. Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and work shifts up to 12 hours. Strong attention to detail, time management, and consistency. Prior line cook or sauté experience preferred but not required. Weekend availability preferred.
