Job Description About the role We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Ginner to join our team at the Goondiwindi, QLD site. This full-time role is responsible for leading the shift and ensuring the efficient, effective, and safe operation of all areas within the ginning process. As the Ginner, you will oversee and manage all production activities within your control, ensuring that each task is carried out consistently and in accordance with established training and procedures. A key part of your role is to maintain a strong commitment to safety, ensuring all operations meet state and federal compliance requirements while supporting a high-performing production environment.
