Description Windward School, a grade 7-12 college-preparatory, independent day school in vibrant West Los Angeles, is currently seeking an experienced Girls Flag Football Program Lead to join our Athletics Department. Windward School in Los Angeles seeks a dynamic Girls Flag Football Program Lead to oversee and help continue to grow our emerging program. The ideal candidate is passionate about developing scholar-athletes, building a positive team culture, and teaching the values of leadership, sportsmanship, and resilience through athletics. This position provides an opportunity to shape a competitive and inclusive program that supports the physical, social, and emotional development of student-athletes within the mission of an independent school community. Salary Range: $28.00-$75.00 per hour, depending on experience. This is a great chance to be part of a dynamic, close-knit, independent school culture and community.
