Job Summary Experience: 0-2 Years Skill Set Requirements: ArcGIS Pro & Manual Polygon Creation: Core GIS Skills Strong proficiency in ArcGIS Pro for spatial data creation, editing, analysis, and visualization. Ability to digitize polygons manually using editing tools such as: Create Features. Polygon, Auto-Complete Polygon using editing tools and advanced editing tools (Trace, Merge, Split). Experience performing topologically clean edits (no gaps, overlaps, or slivers). Data Editing & Management Skilled in heads-up digitizing from aerial imagery, basemaps, or reference layers. Ability to create and maintain: Feature classes Domains/subtypes Attribute schemas Familiarity with Geodatabase structure (File GDB, Enterprise GDB). Understanding of coordinate systems and proper assignment of spatial references. Ability to apply symbology, labeling, and classification for map presentation. Quality Control & Accuracy Experience using topology rules (e.g., Must Not Overlap, Must Not Have Gaps). Ability to perform QC checks such as snapping, boundary alignment, and geometry validation.
