ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for someone who can bring additional technical expertise to the team, specifically to further develop our ArcGIS online platform, as well as working on associated process automation and data pipelines to allow for the Land Management and Habitat Delivery teams to utilise the platform.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Mentor colleagues in the Geospatial Team members in areas of technical development such as process automation and web GIS development.
  • Contribute towards Environment Bank’s high-quality monitoring and data capture on habitat banks and web visualisation of spatial data including the use of dashboards, story maps and 3d models.
  • Leading the ongoing development of in-field and web spatial data capture and management systems and associated data design standards.
  • Onboarding and training new colleagues as appropriate to use web, desktop and in-field geospatial data systems.
