Description

Marathon TS is seeking a GIS Developer to join our team in support of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). This is a fully remote position operating on Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
The ideal candidate will have experience with GIS development tools such as ESRI ArcPro, ArcPy, and GeoPandas, along with C++, C#, Python, and SQL. C++ experience is strongly preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to either possess or obtain a favorably adjudicated Client Public Trust background investigation are essential.

REQUIRED SKILLS/LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE :

· Experience with GIS development tools, including ESRI ArcPro, ArcPy, and Open-source GIS GeoPandas
· Experience with C++, C# and Python
· Experience with SQL
· Excellent communication skills.
· US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain the required favorably adjudicated Client Public Trust background investigation.

PREFERRED SKILLS/LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE :

· Familiarity with SAFe® Agile frameworks.
· Familiarity with Git
· Experience with Scrum methodology and Agile practices
· Experience building and deploying desktop applications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
