As a GIS QA Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our software meets the highest standards of quality and performance. What You’ll Do: Design and execute manual and automated test cases for GIS applications and integrated systems. Validate software functionality, interfaces, and billing systems against client requirements. Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project teams to identify and resolve issues. Review technical documentation and provide actionable feedback. Monitor software development stages to detect and correct malfunctions. Define regression test scenarios and track QA metrics like defect density and resolution rates. Communicate testing status, risks, and findings to stakeholders. Represent Futura Systems at industry events and contribute to thought leadership. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (GIS preferred). 3–4 years of experience in software QA, with strong knowledge of GIS, SQL, and Unix. Experience with ArcGIS or similar platforms is a plus. Detail-oriented mindset with excellent analytical and communication skills. A proactive attitude and a passion for continuous improvement.
