Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a GJ Technical Trainer to join our Dealer Operations Department based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna. The GJ Technical Trainer is a member of the GJ Technical Training Team that is responsible in developing dealer service key personnel technical knowledge and skills by providing training and certification. Your role and responsibilities: Conducts new model trainings Provides technical assistance to different stakeholders Development of training materials Monitoring and coordinating of assigned dealers training and certification performance Execution of scheduled trainings both onsite and offsite Our perfect match: You have a bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Automotive or Mechanical Engineering. Must have a Philippine Driver's License You have achieved a satisfactory level of technical and professional skill or knowledge in position-related areas and are keeping up with current developments and trends in areas of expertise. You can make customers and their needs a primary focus of one's actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships. You are capable of clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message. You can develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals. You are capable of accomplishing tasks by considering all areas involved, no matter how small; showing concern for all aspects of the job; accurately checking processes and tasks; being watchful over a period of time. Skills required: Excellent English written and verbal communication. Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint knowledge. Microsoft 365 system and Microsoft SharePoint knowledge.
