WHAT YOU’LL BRING

We’re looking for curious, motivated graduates who want to make an impact in aerospace. To join our programme, you’ll need:

• Enthusiasm, creativity, and passion – with the drive to grow into a future leader and technical expert.

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field (2.1 or Higher)An interest in or prior exposure to HR concepts, such as talent management, organisational change, or employee engagement, is advantageous but not required
