As a General Ledger Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining general ledger entries and reconciling financial statements. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring that ledger data is accurate and precise. Reponsibilities:   * Perform month end closing activities in a timely and accurate manner * Calculate and post journal entries  * Monthly reporting to the Group * Maintain fixed asset process * Reconcile balance sheet accounts * Reconcile intercompany transactions * Create and maintain process documentation * Participate in process improvement activities * Participate in knowledge transfer projects from other company locations * Collaborate with other departments to complete accurate records  * Support the Auditor, Controller and other financial professionals in their duties as needed We are looking for you to have: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field (Finance & Accounting) * Good command of English (min. B2)  * Experience in finance area, within BPO/SSC will be an asset * Good understanding of GL processes will be an asset * Good MS Excel skills * Good level of problem-solving  * Strong analytical mindset, attention to details * Experience in process transition and preparation of operating instructions will be an asset * Readiness to work in the hybrid mode What we offer you: * The benefits of working at AMMEGA go beyond the daily work.
