Description
Our Accounting team is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative General Ledger Lead to oversee general ledger activities and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records. In this role, you will lead key accounting processes, support month-end close activities, and partner with internal stakeholders to maintain compliance and deliver timely financial reporting.   What you’ll do Lead and support the General Ledger team, ensuring accurate account reconciliations and timely completion of month-end activities. Review financial records, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations to maintain accuracy and compliance. Serve as the owner of general ledger internal controls and support internal and external audits. Perform account analyses and provide accounting guidance and support to other departments. Collaborate with the Controller, auditors, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Cross-train team members, participate in special projects, and promote operational excellence within the accounting function. About you Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred. Two to four years of related accounting experience preferred. Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and internal controls. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient with accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications.
