General Description: Responsible for intercompany entries, use tax filings, and subledger reporting. Including regular reconciliations for the Corporate Accounting Center.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance preferred

• Two to four years of progressive accounting and financial experience
• Experience with account reconciliations preferred
• CashPro Online or other online banking experience an advantage
• Intermediate Excel skills required
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and adherence to strict deadlines
• Efficient and accurate data entry skills required
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, team player

• Complete monthly intercompany entries and reconciliation
• Trust Calculations
• Complete Sales & Use Tax Filings, online filing and tax registration experience an advantage
• SAP entries for monthly expense allocations
• Bank reconciliations, clear checks on a weekly basis and monthly reconciliations
• Assist with month-end account reconciliations
• Run Sagitta subledger reconciliations and research differences
• Run monthly JE registers and coordinate JE approvals
• Complete AR Aging and DB Deferred Revenue Reconciliations and research variances
