Responsibilities
  • Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, desserts, and breads according to established recipes.
  • Producing and preparing ice creams, frozen parfaits, sorbets, frozen custards, and other frozen desserts.
  • Contributes to the creation of new and seasonal frozen dessert options for the menu, often collaborating with the head chef or other kitchen staff.
  • Decorates frozen desserts and pastries with various toppings, sauces, and garnishes to make them visually appealing.
  • Ensure all food production meets quality standards for taste, presentation, and freshness.
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace, following all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
