Position:   Join the Team Behind the Most Iconic Wilderness Experience in Montana  At Paws Up Montana, the Glamping Driver role is more than a job—it’s the welcome and the connection that ties our entire resort together. This role is for safe, outgoing, and responsible individuals who thrive on creating memorable moments while ensuring the smooth and secure transportation of our guests. You’ll operate brand-new resort shuttles to move guests around property—from glamping camps to dining locations, or from the Wilderness Outpost to signature Chuck Wagon dinners. You’ll be the first impression many guests have as they leave camp each morning, and the last connection they remember when they return from dinner. Support Signature Dining Experiences  * Provide evening shuttles to and from camp pavilions, restaurants, and event dinners. * Assist with transportation to signature Chuck Wagon dinners and other special events. Ensure Safety and Care  * Operate company vehicles responsibly, always prioritizing guest safety. * Conduct pre-shift vehicle checks and keep shuttles clean, fueled, and guest-ready. * Communicate immediately with managers about any vehicle or safety concerns. Work as Part of the Team  * Collaborate with Camp Managers, Butlers, and Transportation staff to ensure smooth flow of guests and services. * Step in to assist with other operational needs when requested. Who You Are  * A safe, confident driver with a valid driver’s license and clean record. * Outgoing and personable—you enjoy meeting new people and making them feel comfortable. * Reliable, punctual, and consistent in your work. * Calm under pressure and adaptable to last-minute changes. * Comfortable working outdoors in a remote Montana setting. * Able to wear and maintain the required Resort uniform. * Open availability May–September (extended time off during this period will not be approved). Bonus Points If You:  * Have previous driving or shuttle experience (hospitality, resort, or guest services). * Hold a CDL or passenger endorsement (preferred but not required). * Know your way around Montana’s outdoors and enjoy sharing that knowledge. * Thrive in a guest-facing role where no two rides are the same.
