Fire Sand Glass is looking for a hardworking, reliable, team oriented individual who pays close attention to detail and wants to learn about the glass industry. Someone who enjoys a fast paced environment, learning new things, having a sense of accomplishment and working with their hands. Key responsibilities include:

• Working with the cutting table, edger, CNC and tempering furnace.
• Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the glass equipment machines.
• Identifying quality issues with products being fabricated.
• Cleaning of work area and shop on regular basis.

Successful candidates will have:

• Ability to lift a minimum of 70lbs
• Basic understanding of math, fractions and how to use and read a tape measure.
• Glass experience is not required but considered an asset.

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
