Position Summary Riddle’s Glass is seeking a strong leader to oversee daily store operations, team performance, customer experience, and overall execution. This position requires someone who can lead people, solve problems, improve organization, hold accountability, and help drive operational performance and sales. The right person will bring energy, structure, communication, and ownership to the store while helping employees succeed, and customers receive high-quality experiences. Key Responsibilities * Lead daily store operations and team performance * Coordinate office staff, installers, estimators, and workflow * Maintain scheduling awareness and operational organization * Support sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction * Coach employees and hold accountability to expectations * Help resolve customer concerns professionally * Community support, activity and involvement * Support quoting requests & pricing consistency * Promote safety, teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement * Support hiring, training, and employee development Qualifications * Leadership or management experience preferred * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment * Problem-solving mindset with strong follow-through * Construction, trades, service, or operations experience preferred * Computer proficiency and ability to learn company systems About Riddle’s Glass Riddle’s Glass, a division of Riddle’s Jewelry, operates multiple locations across South Dakota, Wyoming, and Montana serving residential and commercial customers.
