We're currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Glass Technician. The Glass Technician is responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing automotive, residential, or commercial glass with a focus on safety, precision, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Why Work With Us? Inspect vehicles, windows, or structures to determine the extent of damage and necessary repairs. Remove broken or damaged glass safely and clean the work area thoroughly. Use adhesive systems, hand tools, and power tools accurately in compliance with safety standards. Ensure proper sealing, bonding, and curing of glass installations. Follow all industry safety protocols and company procedures. Maintain inventory of materials, tools, and equipment. Document work performed using company systems or work orders. Assist with mobile service appointments as required. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (required). Experience in glass installation or auto body repair preferred; training may be provided. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
The Glass Technician is responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing various types of glass. This includes inspecting vehicles and ensuring proper sealing and bonding of glass installations.
