Mott MacDonald strives to build processes and policies that ensure a consistent and fair approach to reward across the group. The Junior Reward Analyst will be delivering data analysis and admin support to help deliver global reward processes.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

• Supporting administration of cyclical group reward activities (salary, bonus reviews and share scheme)
• Creating reports and analysing data
• Creating data models in Excel and interrogating data from multiple sources
• Supporting salary and benefit survey submissions to support global benchmarking
• Providing support on a range of ad-hoc reward projects
