ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Grower at Flavorite, you’ll be hands-on using data and insights (Priva) as well as crop walk-throughs to make informed decisions to strengthen the quality and yield of the crop.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Plan and manage crop production activities to meet yield and quality targets
• Monitor crop health, climate conditions, and irrigation schedules
• Utilise systems for crop and climate controls
• Work collaboratively with other departments (e.g., crop care, maintenance, tech support)
• Assist with pest and disease management, including implementing IPM strategies
• Lead and supervision of direct reports
