Description

YES Glazing Solutions are an established glazing company that install a large range of high-end bespoke products in a
various range of materials including Aluminium, Steel, Timber, Composites and uPVC.
We are based on the Kent and Surrey boarder 10 minutes from junction 6 and 5 of the M25.
We undertake projects all over the UK and abroad, but a large majority of our projects are in the Southeast and central
London.
This is an office-based role and will involve all aspects of sales, including client contact, designing & specifying, cost
calculations, making and receiving telephone calls, which will require a confident and customer focused telephone manner.
We are looking for a dynamic person, who can work on their own initiative and within our already well-established team.
You will be required to work Monday to Friday - Weekend work req. at busy times.

Responsibilities
  • As a Sales person, you would deal with incoming leads and contact the respective clients to discuss their requirements.
  • Dealing with enquiries from our already established database of Architects, Contractors and Developers, using high levels of customer service and key account, relationship management skills for client retention. As well as servicing Domestic / Private Clients.
  • A high level of Sales experience, Negotiation and Consultancy Skills, to ensure optimum level of sales and therefore salary.
  • Working alongside our Surveyors to ensure that your contracts are carried out smoothly from start to finish.
  • Production of quotations and written correspondence with clients.
  • Collating and processing of client documents.
  • Dealing with suppliers to obtain costs.
  • To deal with VOC’s (variation of contract) for any alterations to contract following site survey
  • To undertake other work to which you are capable and carry out any other duties, which may be required.
  • Office based role working Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm - Alternate Saturdays 9.00am – 2.00pm (Saturday’s are negotiable)
