GLFE Product Management - Sales Why Join As a key member of our GLFE Product Management team, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales growth and revenue for our bank. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet the evolving needs of our customers. How you succeed To succeed in this role, you'll need to develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences. You'll work closely with our sales teams to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products, and develop targeted sales campaigns to drive revenue growth. You'll also need to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our products remain competitive. What you do - Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our GLFE products - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development - Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products - Develop targeted sales campaigns to drive revenue growth - Collaborate with sales teams to provide product training and support - Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights to inform future sales strategies Who you are - A degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or finance - At least 3 years of experience in sales or product management, preferably in the banking industry - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams - A strong understanding of the banking industry and our products and services - A results-driven approach, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth Who we are As Singapore's longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932.
