Tasks We are searching for a: Global Accounts Coordinator who will be responsible for delivery of the contracted services to customers within the EMEA region. Your responsibilities: Identify internal and external stakeholders and set up a service knowledge management system based on Ricoh’s best practices. Coordinate onboarding, service acceptance, and operational readiness during the transition phase to ensure smooth service setup according to the contract. Communicate service transition updates to all relevant internal and external stakeholders. Manage service levels, performance, and customer satisfaction, including measurement and reporting. Ensure best practices are followed and drive continuous improvement through a Service Improvement Plan. Handle global communications, taking ownership of query resolution, issue escalation, and reporting. Work closely with internal teams and account managers in Ricoh Operating Companies (OpCos) to build strong business relationships. Contribute to the creation and standardization of Ricoh’s service processes and procedures. Monitor and track orders, keeping customers and stakeholders informed and ensuring data accuracy across systems, assets, and requests. Requirements What we’re looking for: Experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role. Fluent English. Proactive attitude – takes initiative and ownership of tasks. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a dynamic environment. Confidence to take the lead and make decisions when needed. Curious and eager to learn, not afraid to ask questions or seek clarity. Focused on what truly matters and able to manage time effectively. Flexible and adaptable to change and fast-paced situations.
