Description
As a Global Client Director, you conduct ongoing executive mapping exercises to ensure alignment across key internal and external groups. Additionally, you provide thought leadership and strategic co-innovation ideas, and challenge customers when appropriate to think differently and offer alternative industry-specific points of view. You set the organizational tone for building and maintaining long-term strategic customer relationships and for driving larger impact for the customer. * You also lead the creation of long-term strategies aimed at building a level of loyalty that would be hard for competitors to overcome. You bring greater customer/partner ecosystem together with the customer to discuss how to enrich the customer's value to their customers, and create mutually agreed upon roadmaps on how to capture innovation/transformation within strategic accounts. - Bachelor's Degree AND experience working in an industry (e.g., Automotive, Education) and/or driving digital transformation. - Alternatively Master's Degree AND experience working in an industry (e.g., Government, Education) and/or driving digital transformation. - Experience in working in an industry (e.g., Government, Education) and/or driving digital transformation. - Experience making recommendations to and/or collaborating with mid-to-senior level executives.
