Job Summary:
As a Global Account Director for BFSI at Altair, you will be part of a strategic Vertical Team comprised of Sales, Marketing & Technical people dedicated to the top 50 BFSI customers globally. In this role, you will be working with top global BFSI customers headquartered in Böblingen and carrying a quota for new license sales and renewals of Altair’s Data Analytics and High Performance Computing technologies.
We are looking for a pioneering Enterprise sales specialist to help expand further our existing BFSI footprint.
You will be expected to close opportunities across a portfolio of data analytics software solutions: a modern, end-to-end data science platform (Altair RapidMiner), a SAS language compiler & workbench (Altair SLC) real-time data visualization (Altair Panopticon), AI Studio (drag-and-drop workflow designer), Altair Graph Studio (Graph-based data fabric) and our data extraction & preparation solution (Altair Monarch). At Altair, we leverage our expertise & products to help our customers discover how they can overcome their business challenges. The goal is to support the expansion of users and software adoption at existing accounts.
§ Win new business within large BFSI accounts
§ Build relationships with CDOs, CIOs, CTOs and senior Data Leadership
§ Create and execute account growth strategies
§ Nurture existing relationships
§ Visit customers in-person (travel required)
§ Deliver against monthly / yearly targets and forecast effectively
§ Collaborate with the wider Global Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing teams
§ Attend customer facing events (Webinars, Trade Shows, etc.)
§ Continuously help us refine our Data Analytics Go-to-Market strategy
