OVERVIEW
Microsoft is looking for a Global Client Director (GCD) for a key global ISV. In this role, you will create and lead strategies for this high-profile account to yield high-volume sales and open new opportunities for both Microsoft and its partners that are aligned to business goals, outcomes, and forecasts.
The GCD will have a broad and deep understanding of the ISV business model to identify opportunities to drive optimizations and new workloads based on the customer’s strategy. The GCD needs to understand the drivers of business and technology transformation of an ISV and leverage their deep knowledge to engage internal teams, including engineering, customer success, specialist sales teams, Global Partner Solutions teams, and corporate senior leadership to accelerate co-innovation and digital transformation and strategy. Further, knowledge of and experience with Microsoft’s product landscape, solutions, and strategy will be critical to generate insights, provide thought leadership, and address the client’s needs and translate them into Microsoft solutions.
