As a Global Account Manager, you will act as a key interface between customers and Infineon for assigned accounts within the Battery and Robotics segment, including a strategic account in Sweden. Secure new business while maintaining and developing existing business with key customers Identify & utilize Leads to develop an understanding of prospect needs, and identify new and drive known opportunities to business win Build and maintain customer relationships and loyalty up to C-level of your accounts Develop the 5-year account strategy plan for your focus accounts and be accountable for design-win, business-win and revenue growth for assigned customers Own negotiation preparations, execution and quoting Analyze customer demands and create an accurate sales forecast Orchestrate the cross-functional Account Team by applying a hybrid sales approach using our state-of-the-art CRM tools A University degree in Engineering or Business with strong technical affinity or similar fields of studies Effective time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively and defined and deploy strategy Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively convey technical concepts and connect with various stakeholders internal and external Willingness and availability to travel when required Fluency in English and Swedish (mandatory) - German skills as a plus We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
