As Global Account Manager, you will be the strategic partner for one or more of our key accounts within the international dairy industry. Based at our global headquarters in Groenlo, the Netherlands, you will be working with other members of the Account Management team as well as the Area teams to develop, implement and execute the account strategies across the globe. This will strengthen our long-term relationships with our Business Partners and drive mutual success. You don’t just build networks – you create meaningful partnerships across disciplines and regions that drive growth and innovation.
This unique and high impact opportunity is ideal for someone who possesses prior dairy industry experience and a proven track-record of building strong and sustainable relationships.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop the account strategy deliver on sales targets;
  • Collaborate with Area teams to execute strategies across regions;
  • Monitor trends and identify new business opportunities;
  • Build strong relationships with key external and internal stakeholders, like Product Management and Application Support;
  • Present carefully outlined business cases to executive leadership.

Your team
You will be part of a passionate, motivated and professional global team and contribute to our global strategy to be market leader in Cow Monitoring, Milking Automation and RFID Solutions within the dairy industry. You will work closely together with a dynamic and international team consisting of colleagues from marketing, product management, business development and application support. You will report to the Sales Director.

Required experience and skills

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agricultural or Business Science (or similar);
  • Several years of experience in international sales or account management;
  • Strong communicator with the ability to develop good stakeholder management at a variety of levels;
  • Background/knowledge of (dairy) industry commonly-used concepts, practices, procedures and economic drivers is a strong advantage;
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written;
  • A motivated self-starter with a passion for technology in the dairy industry;
  • Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis (at least 20% of the time).
