Element Logic is looking for a Global Account Manager. You will manage communication, administration and governance related to defined Global Account agreements, in a successful and efficient manner. Securing expected revenue, up selling and high customer satisfaction for a long, good and healthy business relationship.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Experience from system sales and/or Key Accounts (minimum 5 years) (Required)
Experience from Intra logistics (minimum 5 years) (Advantage)
Experience with contractual work
Good communication skills towards all levels
Good IT and office competence

As a Global Account Manager you need to have very good communication skills, both oral and written. The role will require communication within all levels of the customer organisation.
Administration of Global Key Account agreements. By regular customer and internal meetings make sure Element Logic live up and deliver according to the frame agreement. Secure high customer satisfaction.
Report and follow up on changes, topics, issues and results to Steering committee, Program management, general Management and/or other stakeholders of the Frame agreement (depends on scope/nature of the frame agreement).
Actively develop upselling and services to Global Key Accounts, in cooperation with all relevant departments (Sales, Delivery, R&D, D&C, After Sales)
Close cooperation with local Sales, Delivery, Account management and Customer Success.
In geographical areas where Element Logic don’t have own resources act as the local Account Manager.
Manage and/or participate in selling and closing new Global Key account agreements.
Contribute to process and concept improvements for Global Key Accounts in Element Logic.
