The role will lead an Accounts Receivable team, which manages the accounts receivable process across all geographies. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring data integrity and resolving issues as they arise, particularly within the core AR system Salesforce Revenue Cloud. What You’ll Do Directly lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Ensuring data integrity and resolving issues as they arise, particularly within the core AR system Salesforce Revenue Cloud. Ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices, cash applications, credits, and collections across multiple regions and currencies. Act as the primary point of contact for accounts receivable system issues, providing troubleshooting and support for issues identified alongside our Senior Finance Systems Admin. Maintain a high level of data accuracy and integrity within all AR-related systems. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management. Serve as the key point of contact for resolving complex client billing inquiries. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless financial workflow. Continuously evaluate and optimize AR processes, leveraging technology and automation—including AI—to enhance efficiency and productivity. Coordinate with international team members and stakeholders, which requires flexibility to work across different time zones. What You’ll Bring A minimum of 5 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar financial role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management position. Demonstrated experience with financial management systems; direct experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud is highly desirable. A solid understanding of accounting principles, including basic bookkeeping and revenue recognition. An accounting background is a plus. Highly proficient with technology and a strong passion for leveraging new tools, including AI, to improve processes and outcomes. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders. A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients. A proactive and resourceful approach to identifying and resolving issues quickly and effectively.
