This is a senior revenue leadership position within a mature, high-performing organisation — not a start-up build. The affiliate channel is already substantial and revenue-generating; the mandate is focused on optimisation, expansion, and disciplined scaling. The successful candidate will operate with executive visibility and full commercial ownership of the affiliate vertical, playing a critical role in driving sustainable and profitable growth. Responsibilities Lead and scale an established global affiliate programme Optimise RevShare, CPA, and Hybrid commercial models Strengthen relationships with top-tier affiliate partners Reduce revenue concentration risk across the portfolio Improve player quality, retention, and long-term LTV Build and develop a high-performance affiliate team Drive structured, profitable expansion in unregulated markets Core KPIs Affiliate-driven NGR growth Blended CPA vs LTV performance Revenue diversification across partners Retention and VIP conversion rates Traffic quality and fraud mitigation EBITDA contribution from the affiliate channel Requirements 10+ years’ affiliate leadership experience within online casino and sportsbook Proven track record managing large RevShare portfolios (significant annual NGR exposure) Strong commercial negotiation and deal-structuring capabilities Deep understanding of grey / unregulated market dynamics Data-driven mindset with strong cohort and LTV analysis expertise Experience leading affiliate teams across multi-jurisdiction operations Comfortable operating within a structured, high-revenue organisation The client offers an exceptional executive-level package designed to attract and reward elite industry talent, aligned with performance, growth, and long-term value creation within a highly profitable international group.
