EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
+7 years of creative experience and a minimum of +2 years leading a creative team.
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working alongside creatives, video editors and other key stakeholders in hybrid / remote teams
Proven experience in art direction with a strong portfolio showcasing campaigns and visual storytelling.
Expertise in creating cross-channel visual consistency, with a track record of developing memorable, high-quality visual creative.
Naturally, being passionate and knowledgeable about podcasts, audio content, media, and entertainment is a big plus!

THIS IS THE ROLE
As Podimo’s Global Associate Creative Director on our Brand & Creative Team, you will be a key visual storyteller, shaping campaigns across multiple markets. Working closely with our Brand Creative Director and reporting to our VP of Brand & Creative Marketing, you will lead the creative direction for our campaigns, ensuring a seamless balance between Podimo’s brand and our show brands, making them compelling, consistent, and strategically aligned. Additionally, you will drive the visual direction of our show identities, collaborating closely with local marketing teams, creators and local focused designers and video creatives.
In this role, you will lead a team dedicated to developing and executing impactful creative campaigns that elevate our shows, driving growth for both our subscription business and studios across internal and external channels. As a skilled collaborator, you’ll partner closely with global and local teams, including Local Heads of Marketing, Local Activation Managers, and Creatives, providing both hands-on execution and strategic creative direction to deliver high-quality, impactful creative outputs.
