GLOBAL AUDIT AND ASSURANCE CONTENT PRODUCTION AND DEPLOYMENT MANAGER:

On behalf of our Consulting client, Procom is searching for a Global Audit and Assurance Content Production and Deployment Manager for a 12 month contract role. This position is a remote position located in Toronto, ON, Canada.

GLOBAL AUDIT AND ASSURANCE CONTENT PRODUCTION AND DEPLOYMENT MANAGER - JOB DESCRIPTION:

In this interesting and diverse role, you will work with our global Audit & Assurance business stakeholders to support the publishing and deployment of technical materials to our audit and research platforms. You will also play a key role in the development of our next generation information and knowledge management system, shaping the tools that we use to manage our audit content on behalf of the global member firms.

GLOBAL AUDIT AND ASSURANCE CONTENT PRODUCTION AND DEPLOYMENT MANAGER - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • 2-3 plus years of experience using DITA, XML, HTML, and content management systems (Tridion Docs Experience preferable).
  • Ability to author in DITA, XML, and HTML.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with an interest in innovative and creative thinking.
  • Interest in working on strategic initiatives in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to productively manage and work within a virtual team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

GLOBAL AUDIT AND ASSURANCE CONTENT PRODUCTION AND DEPLOYMENT MANAGER – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Experience in audit and assurance industry.
  • Familiarity with global transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Knowledge of information and knowledge management systems.
  • Understanding of accessible content development.
Responsibilities
  • Authoring content in response to the changing audit standards and supporting the development & publishing of this content within our global network.
  • Provide strategic guidance on deployment and adoption of global content, including plans for accelerating adoption, training, and monitoring of content status.
  • Collaborate with global, regional, and local member firm teams to promote adoption of our transformed content.
  • Partner with global transformation initiatives, providing knowledge on structuring and deploying newly developed solutions.
  • Lead project planning sessions and manage project timelines and scope.
  • Participate in design and requirements gathering sessions and hands-on testing of solutions.
  • Coordinate internal resources for flawless execution of projects and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
