Role: Global Automation and AI Integration Specialist Location: London, England, United Kingdom About the role: The Global Automation and AI Integration Specialist facilitates the implementation of intelligent automation across all marketing production channels including print, video, digital, and social media. This role requires comprehensive technical expertise in automation platforms, thorough understanding of marketing material creation processes, and the ability to leverage AI for creative workflow What you will be doing: Technical Implementation & Management Design and implement end-to-end automation workflows using platforms like Make.com, or similar automation tools Build AI-powered scripts and integrations to streamline creative production processes across print, video, digital, and social channels Collaborate with creative platforms including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, Pencil, Smartly etc Develop custom automation solutions using APIs and webhook integrations Marketing Production Expertise Review and optimize Automation production workflows for: Print materials: brochures, posters, packaging, direct mail campaigns Video content: social videos, commercials, explainer content, motion graphics Digital assets: display ads, web banners, landing pages, email templates Social media: multi-platform content adaptation, automated posting, A/B testing Understand technical requirements, file formats, and production constraints for each medium Implement automated quality control and brand compliance checks Client Collaboration & Strategy Facilitate client technology sessions to identify automation opportunities across their marketing mix Present technical solutions that bridge creative requirements with automation capabilities Develop ROI-focused business cases for automation tool investments Coordinate pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives for new technologies AI Integration & Innovation Leverage AI like ChatGPT, Claude, Image tools, and other AI tools for creative automation support Build AI-powered content generation workflows for copy, imagery, and video Implement machine learning models for predictive creative optimization Create automated reporting and insights dashboards using AI What you need to be great in this role: Required Technical Skills 3+ years hands-on experience with automation platforms (Make.com, N8N, Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate) Proficiency in API integrations, webhooks, and JSON/XML data handling Experience with AI prompt engineering and LLM integration for business applications Basic scripting knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and database management Marketing Production Expertise 5+ years experience in marketing production across multiple channels Comprehensive understanding of: Print production processes, color management, and file preparation Video production workflows, editing software, and delivery specifications Digital advertising formats, responsive design, and web optimization Social media platform requirements and content adaptation Experience with creative asset management systems and DAM platforms Knowledge of brand guidelines enforcement and automated compliance checking Business & Collaboration Skills Proven track record in client-facing technical consulting Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Project management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum) preferred Strong problem-solving skills with experience in process optimization and workflow mapping Excellent communication skills for training and supporting teams Preferred Experience Background in creative agencies or marketing technology roles Experience with Adobe Creative Suite automation and scripting Knowledge of programmatic advertising and marketing attribution Familiarity with CRM integrations and marketing automation platforms Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) in marketing contexts Req ID: 14884 Our values shape everything we do: Be Ambitious to succeed Be Imaginative to push the boundaries of what’s possible Be Inspirational to do groundbreaking work Be always learning and listening to understand Be Results-focused to exceed expectations Be actively pro-inclusive and anti-racist across our community, clients and creations OLIVER, a part of the Brandtech Group, is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive working environment where all employees are encouraged to reach their full potential, and individual differences are valued and respected.
