In FICC Technology we use both open-source industry standard and internal proprietary technologies to build cutting edge platforms for pricing, execution, and control over each of these millions of transactions.
Bolt Web Platform is tasked with offering quoting & risk capability whilst providing change velocity , reliability and scalability . The platform supports trading desks regionally and globally as well as providing capability for external clients through the Marquee Platform.

Utilizing a java-based stack of both open source and proprietary technologies (Slang/SecDb), we are actively migrating away from conventional enterprise solutions like TIBCO Rendezvous (RV) to modern solutions for scalable microservices architectures.
We are investing heavily in globally distributed systems, data analytics & UI technologies to deliver a modern experience to enable sales and trading teams across market making, market data aggregation, trade booking & risk management.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline
• Experience in software development, including a clear understanding of data structures, algorithms, software design and core programming concepts.
• Min. 1yr (for Analyst)/ 3 yrs (for Associate) of experience in one or more programming languages (e.g. Java, JavaScript, Python, C++)
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Can apply an entrepreneurial approach and passion to problem solving and product development.
• Comfortable multi-tasking, managing multiple stakeholders and working as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills including experience speaking to technical and business audiences and working globally.Interest in fixed income products

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience in SRE beneficial but not essential
• Experience in fixed income asset classes
• Knowledge of trading technologies in the front-office of a trading organization
• Strong programming experience in Java and modern web technologies (JavaScript, HTML5 etc.) advantageous
