Ensure teardown processes are done consistently globally and communicated to our customers in a clear, timely, and effective manner Ensure all trend and cost reduction ideas are captured in our data management tools with required supporting documents. Analyze and optimize Budget Spend, Benchmarking Timing, Process Mapping, and External Partner Return on Investment to improve procurement efficiency, driving asset reuse, and optimizing the total cost of doing benchmarking studies Bachelor's degree in engineering required Ability to make decisions and trade-offs Ability to build strong effective relationships with cross-functional teams (Program, Studio, Purchasing, Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing and Suppliers) Able to manage multiple issues on multiple commodities effectively and efficiently Outstanding communication skills (open, clear and inclusive) including senior management presentations Exceptional organizational and delegation skills with a proven ability to manage multiple objectives simultaneously and ensure timely follow-through Outstanding leadership skills with demonstrated ability to deliver results High integrity with effective coaching and mentoring skills Availability to travel globally as required. Masters in Engineering or MBA preferred 5+ years of experience in a cross-functional product development, vehicle integration or cost engineering role Strong fundamentals and knowledge of Design and Design Cost Drivers Proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Qlik, Benchmarking databases A2Mac1, Caresoft etc). Experience with leading diverse, global teams
