For our Global Marketing & Innovation unit we are looking for a Global Brand Innovation Manager in in the area Consumer Tissue Bathroom Tissue & Household Towels.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the global innovation strategy, driving value creation through innovations in the bathroom tissue and household towels category
  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities and gaps to enhance the innovation pipeline, aligned with consumer segmentation and brand architecture
  • Transform strong consumer and shopper insights into successful innovation concepts, claims, and designs
  • Collaborate in a marketing and technical partnership to lead prioritized concepts from ideation to launch, executed by regional and local teams
  • Partner closely with regional marketing and commercial teams to ensure innovation roadmaps meet consumer and business needs, thereby supporting Business Units’ sales and profit growth
