ABOUT THE ROLE

For our Global Marketing & Innovation unit we are looking for a Global Brand Innovation Manager in in the area Consumer Tissue Hankies, Facials and Moist.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Contribute to the global innovation strategy, driving value creation through innovations in the Hankies & Facials category.
  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities and gaps to enhance the innovation pipeline, aligned with consumer segmentation and brand architecture.
  • Transform strong consumer and shopper insights into successful innovation concepts, claims and designs.
  • Collaborate in a marketing and technical partnership to lead prioritized concepts from ideation to launch, executed by regional and local teams.
  • Partner closely with regional marketing and commercial teams to ensure innovation roadmaps meet consumer and business needs, thereby supporting Business Units’ sales and profit growth.
