Description
YOUR QUALIFICATION
Leadership experience in x-fctl. teams is required (dotted line leadership required), leadership experience at international “above-country” level is beneficial
5+ years of experience in Pharma Marketing/Pharma Brand Management roles in ethical, innovative medicines is required (both at “in-country” or at “above-country” level)
Fluency in English is required, fluency in German is beneficial
Science/medical background and degree (Bachelor’s degree) is required, MBA, PhD or other advanced degree is beneficial
Good balance between strategic thinking and operational implementation, strong interpersonal skills and communication and project management skills
Willingness to travel internationally approx. 15%
Responsibilities
Development of the global strategy and brand plans for innovative Falk brands and late-stage pipeline projects to maximize global brand opportunities for Dr. Falk
Leads & acts as the commercial centerpiece of x-fctl. global brand team within the headquarters unit as well as in communication and collaboration with Falk affiliates
Global owner of brand: Responsible for all global-relevant brand-related issues in close collaboration with all involved functions
Ensures x-fctl. brand commitment & collaboration, especially with Global Market Access, Global Medical Affairs, Global Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Business Analytics and others
Part of Global Brands team, reports to the Head of Global Brands
