We are excited to offer the role of a Global Brand Manager
The Global Brand Manager will support the overall strategic marketing vision of the Blackmores brand through the lens of strategic product innovation. This will include the efficient delivery of key project innovation development and marketing initiatives. Operating within the Group Marketing team, the Global Brand Manager is responsible for driving strategic objectives through the implementation of a robust strategic marketing plan encompassing product and category strategies.
The scope includes 13 markets including all three regions Australia, New Zealand (ANZ), Greater China Region (GCR) and South East Asia Korea (SEAK). This is a great opportunity to make a significant impact in an Iconic Australian brand as it aggressively grows internationally

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support in the execution of the Innovation and strategic projects activity pipeline
  • Support in the execution of the global innovation roadmap & delivery of communication tool kits that drive scale across the region
  • Leadership and project management of key global innovation and strategic projects. This will include consumer research and consumer insight development, idea generation, concept development, preparation of the business plans, P&L, stage gate management, go to market plans and post launch review while actively partnering with markets to ensure scale and operational efficiencies
  • Influence without authority across cultures and time-zones to deliver outcomes for the groupWork with consumer market and project management to develop and implement channel specific SKUs.
