Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Group Marketing team is looking for a Brand Manager for our Gum global team. As Brand Manager you will works together with the Senior Brand Manager and Marketing Manager on driving incremental growth for the Dentyne and Trident brands by developing new products and bringing them to the market. You will report to the Global Marketing Manager, and you work closely with the Group Functional teams and local operating companies to translate Group initiatives to local commercial success. The focus will be mainly on countries in North America and Europe.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for international new product development beginning with product brief through to launch (working with all relevant Departments of the Company). Focus is on profitable and scalable NPD’s that are on brand and category strategy.
  • Deliver scalable, insight-led NPDs that align with Trident and Dentyne brand architecture and gum category objectives.
  • Act as the bridge between global brand direction and local market implementation, ensuring relevance and consistency to support strong commercial execution.
  • Partner with CMI at Group and Local level to recommend consumer research that translates insights to actionable plans for NPD’s and/or consumer engagement.
  • Create strong working relationships with cross functional Group level partners to facilitate development and execution of Global brand and category strategic vision.
  • Support Communication development for assigned projects working with internal teams including Digital Marketing, Brand owners as well as with outside agencies.
  • Provide compelling sales stories, in cooperation with Group Sales Trade Marketing, for NPD’s under management to drive scale and wide acceptance of NPD’s at the local market level.
  • Gather, analyse and share relevant business, market, brand and product information which could lead to newbusiness opportunities.
