SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Relevant global brand marketing experience (client or agency side)
  • Background in FMCG; regulated category experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams
  • Data-literate and strategic thinker with a flair for creativity
  • Experienced in project management, budgeting, and commercial planning
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, French, German) are desirable

As a Global Brand Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind ensuring our brands remain recognizable, relevant, and engaging for our consumers worldwide. This isn’t just about maintaining a brand - it’s about evolving it; unlocking new growth potential, and shaping consumer perceptions in fresh, exciting ways.
You’ll be at the heart of our Global Consumer Office, leading the charge across multiple markets and ensuring strategic alignment at every level. Your role spans across product innovation, packaging design, and creative solutions - all with the goal of delivering compelling brand experiences that connect deeply with our audience.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Lead Global Brand Strategy: Own and evolve the global positioning to keep the brands culturally relevant and commercially competitive.
  • Create & Launch Innovation: Drive initiatives from concept to market using our Ideation to Launch (I2L) process.
  • Execute with Precision: Manage brand initiatives end-to-end—delivering on time, within budget, and aligned to strategy.
  • Collaborate Across Markets: Engage regional and local teams to ensure brand consistency and impact.
  • Turn Insight into Action: Leverage data, trends, and market analysis to shape decisions and guide strategy.
